Warfighter Sports Development Program
Blue Ridge Adaptive Snow Sports (BRASS) hosts Warfighter Sports Weekends and Lessons for snowboarders and skiers at Liberty Mountain Resort in Fairfield, PA. We believe in the power of snow sports and that greater success is had by skiing or riding! BRASS welcomes wounded warriors, either active duty or veterans who want to learn to ski or snowboard.
How It All Happens
BRASS provides Warfighters and a guest with instructors, equipment, and lift tickets.
Our volunteer ski/snowboard instructors are certified Professional Ski Instructors of America/American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA/AASI) with specific credentials for adaptive snow sports and years of working with wounded warriors and disabled athletes. We have all the equipment necessary to meet the unique needs of our athletes and we assign two instructors to each athlete.
